1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 Access to and use of the 555gam platform, including all gaming products, sports betting markets, casino games, and account management features, is conditional upon your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

1.2 These Terms apply to all users of the 555gam platform regardless of the device, browser, or application through which the platform is accessed, including mobile browsers and any 555gam-branded applications.

1.3 These Terms are to be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, Bonus Terms (where applicable), and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

1.4 555gam reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes through their registered account.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any services on the 555gam platform. This age restriction is non-negotiable and applies without exception to all users.

2.2 Verification. 555gam reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This includes but is not limited to a valid government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence. 2.3 False Declarations. If a user provides false information regarding their age or identity, 555gam will immediately suspend the account, void any winnings generated during the period of false declaration, and may refer the matter to relevant authorities.

2.4 Jurisdictional Eligibility. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that use of the 555gam platform is permitted under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located. 555gam does not represent or warrant that its services are legal in any particular jurisdiction. Users must conduct their own due diligence before registering.

2.5 Single Account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 555gam platform. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.

3. Account Registration

3.1 To access the full range of 555gam services, you must create a registered account by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. 555gam will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

3.3 You must notify 555gam support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any compromise of your login credentials. You may do so via live chat at any time.

3.4 Account Accuracy. You agree to keep your account information accurate and up to date. Any discrepancy between the name on your account and the name on your payment method or identity documents may result in your account being suspended pending verification.

3.5 Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances. Any attempt to transfer an account constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

555gam accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. Deposits are typically credited to your 555gam account balance within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider.

555gam does not charge fees for PKR deposits made via local payment methods. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 555gam accepts no liability.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. 555gam processes withdrawal requests promptly upon approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.

4.2.1 555gam reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and evidence of payment method ownership.

4.2.2 Withdrawals in excess of certain thresholds may be subject to enhanced verification procedures in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the 555gam platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. Where USDT TRC20 is used, the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction will be applied. 555gam is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations that may affect the PKR value of USDT transactions.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 555gam may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the individual bonus terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

5.3 One bonus offer per household, device, IP address, or payment method applies unless explicitly stated otherwise. 555gam reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a player's participation in a promotion where abuse or misuse is suspected.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. Any user found to be exploiting bonus offers, engaging in matched betting using bonus funds, or otherwise circumventing the spirit of a promotion will have their bonus revoked, and their account may be suspended. Winnings generated through bonus abuse may be voided.

5.5 555gam reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Participation in any promotion constitutes acceptance of the specific bonus terms applicable to that promotion.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sportsbook. All sports bets placed on the 555gam platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and bet type. These rules govern settlement in the event of match postponements, abandonments, player withdrawals, and other exceptional circumstances. The 555gam sportsbook rules as published on the platform at the time of bet placement govern all wagers.

6.2 Cricket Betting. PSL, international test matches, one-day internationals, T20 leagues, and other cricket fixtures are offered subject to official fixture confirmation. Where a match is officially abandoned before a result is determined, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable cricket betting rules as published on the platform.

6.3 Casino & Slot Games. All casino game and slot outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software. 555gam does not interfere with game outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot games are as provided by the game developer and are available upon request.

6.4 Errors & Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error, 555gam reserves the right to void any affected bets or wagers. Any winnings resulting from a manifest error will not be paid and the original stake will be returned. 555gam's decision in such matters is final.

6.5 Maximum Winnings. 555gam may apply maximum win limits per bet, per day, or per game type. These limits will be made available on the platform. Where a win exceeds the applicable limit, payment will be capped at the stated maximum.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 555gam platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform in any non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the 555gam platform or its content.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other financial crime using the platform.
• Opening multiple accounts under the same or different identities.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.

8. Responsible Gaming

10.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 555gam platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any platform content.

10.3 Any unauthorised use of 555gam's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 The 555gam platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure continuous platform availability, 555gam does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 555gam's total liability to any user arising from or in connection with these Terms, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 555gam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

11.4 555gam shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, force majeure events, third-party payment provider failures, or actions by regulatory authorities.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 555gam reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a breach of these Terms has occurred or may occur.

12.2 Grounds for account suspension or termination include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe, suspicious betting patterns, or receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider.

12.3 Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to pending wagering requirements) will be returned to the user via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any required verification.

12.4 Voluntary Closure. Users who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the 555gam support team via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 555gam's jurisdiction of operation as an internationally licensed gaming operator.
